Studio
Seven people.
No layers in between.
Tessamo is an independent studio founded in 2019. We stay small on purpose: the people who pitch the work are the people who make it.
We started because we were tired
of approving decks instead of work.
Three of us left large agencies in the same month. We had each spent years presenting concepts that someone else would build, badly, in a room we were not in.
So the studio has one rule: whoever presents, makes. There is no strategy team that hands over to a design team that hands over to a build team. You talk to the designer; the designer ships.
Seven years on we are seven people, we have turned down more work than we have taken, and almost every client has come back or sent someone.

How we work
Four rules
we don’t bend.
01
Show real things
Concepts are shown as screens, packaging and signage — never as mood boards. If it cannot be built, it is not shown.
02
One direction
You choose one. We never blend two directions into a compromise that belongs to nobody.
03
Friday, every Friday
Work in progress is shared at the end of every week from week one. Silence is a warning sign; we do not do silence.
04
Leave it runnable
Every project ends with files, documentation and training so your team can run it without calling us.
The people
Senior hands
on every project.
Three founders, three designers, one developer, one writer. Everyone you meet in the first call is on the project to the end.
