The problem
Lumen Ledger had 140 screens and the churn to prove it. Founders signed up, saw a wall of tables, and left. The product team knew what mattered but the interface treated every number as equally important.
What we did
We cut the home screen to three numbers — cash, runway, what changed — and pushed everything else one click away. A token-based design system meant the engineering team rebuilt 140 screens in eleven weeks without a designer in every meeting.

Our engineers stopped asking us how things should look. The system answered for us.
