The problem
Nortide’s crossing is the most beautiful ninety minutes on that coast and the website showed a grid of departure times. Eighty percent of bookings went through a third-party aggregator that took a commission on every ticket.
What we did
We put the view first — a full-screen scroll-linked horizon — and the timetable second, as a booking widget that follows you. Copy was rewritten from the point of view of a passenger, not a port authority.

Where the brand sits
Before and after,
on one map.
The quadrant the brand occupied when we started, and where it sits now. Axis labels come from the CMS, so every case can tell its own story.

People now book the crossing because of the website, not despite it.
